Combat Sports Experience:
I've done some Muay Thai boxing and a teeny tiny bit of BJJ and self-defense.
Not nearly as much of any of these as I'd like.

Modern Combatives, Cheetah’s & Eduardo Rocha’s.
My home gym is the Ice Chamber in Albany, California. We don't do combat sports, but it does kick your ass.

Interests:
Cupcakes, coffee, and whining. Also world domination and being really, really evil. And I love a good book. Oooh, and shopping.
