Message:
As my coach and husband Chris Haueter always says, "It's not whose good, it's whose left." Competitive grappling has definitely become a way of life for me. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has helped me to grow in so many ways. It keeps me in top shape, allows me to express myself creatively, and constantly challenges me as I learn new things and improve my skills.
